Plumbing Service Technician

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Service Plumber who can confidently diagnose issues, communicate clearly with customers and our office team, and sell recommended repairs with integrity. If you’re a strong closer who also takes pride in clean, professional workmanship—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair common service plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, valves, etc.)
• Provide clear repair options and pricing to customers
• Communicate job details, photos/notes, and status updates with the office
• Upsell and sell necessary repairs and replacements (without pressure—just professional recommendations)
• Maintain clean work areas and deliver high-quality customer service
• Complete work orders accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years hands-on service plumbing experience
• Strong customer communication skills (in-person + phone)
• Able to sell jobs and explain value clearly
• Reliable, professional appearance and attitude
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized
• Valid driver’s license
